Highly recommended! Excellent customer service, communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Water slide was up and running before 8am then I requested a tent after they had already left my house and they sent someone out and had it up in less than an hr. This is a fantastic bounce house rental company. Their bounce house was extremely clean and well maintained. We have rented from other places before and the bounce house was disgusting. It is great knowing that Joyful Jumps takes such great care of their bounce houses and cleans them between uses. They are very responsive to setting up our reservation for our bounce house. They arrived right on time and were very respectful. We will always use Joyful Jumps for all of our party needs!!

This company is awesome!!! Very responsive to messages, delivered our bounce house the night before the party and even supplied an extension cord and hose at no extra charge, as the water slide required 2 hookups. And to top it off, after it was inflated they sanitized it ensuring it was clean and ready to go! Definitely recommend this company!!

Very professional gentlemen, notified us when they were on their way to drop off the water slide and when they arrived outside our home. Set up the slide in a timely manner and placed it in the perfect spot for my yard. This was our first experience renting a slide and our grandkids and friends loved it. We had bad weather that day and the gentlemen contacted us to check on us and let us know what to do if the winds and rains picked up. At the end of the day, they broke down the slide and were out of our yard before we knew it. We will definitely rent from Joyful Jumps again. On a scale from 1 to 10, we give them a 12. They went above and beyond.

These guys are great! They were on time and very professional! The unit we had was the big combo bounce house it was very clean and well kept! Will definitely be using them again for future birthday parties. They are also very good with responding to calls/ text within at least 30min.
